PAYMENT

In return for use of the Pet Pleasin Products services or the purchase of products, you agree to pay all fees and charges as posted on the Pet Pleasin Products web site. Pet Pleasin Products will bill the credit card, and that credit card number, which you provide. If Pet Pleasin Products does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay Pet Pleasin Products all amounts due upon demand of Pet Pleasin Products or its agents. You agree and allow Pet Pleasin Products to take any commercially available actions to validate your credit card. You understand and agree that, if timely payment of all amounts due for any services which you have agreed to purchase is not received, Pet Pleasin Products may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the Pet Pleasin Products service.  

 If you dispute a credit card purchase or if your payment of any kind is returned to Pet Pleasin Products by the issuing bank for any reason, after receipt of products or services provided by Pet Pleasin Products, you agree to pay Pet Pleasin Products for such products and or services plus a processing fee of $50.00 per occurrence.

UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USAGE

You understand and agree to notify Pet Pleasin Products immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of the Pet Pleasin Products service, or any unauthorized use of your credit card. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

SECURITY and INTEGRITY

You agree not to, or assist in, illegally accessing any computers, accounts, or networks of Pet Pleasin Products or any Pet Pleasin Products Affiliate. You agree not to attempt to penetrate Pet Pleasin Products security measures. This includes what is referred to as hacking, to conduct a port scan, to conduct stealth scan, or to in any way scan any Pet Pleasin Products computer or Pet Pleasin Products affiliate computer for any purpose.

You agree not to gather information, or assist in the gathering of information, for the intent of a system penetration, or upload to Pet Pleasin Products. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the state of Ohio. If local laws prohibit your participation in any part of the 501Webs service, or use of them, then you are responsible for complying with such laws and the terms of this Agreement. The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance. If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, then such a provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
